Up and down, up and down they rise
Forgetting so easily all of the cries
Cries for help, cries for change
Cries for more, cries for days

Down and up, and down they fall
Seeking hope, finding walls
Walls of iron, walls of steel
Walls of words, walls of kneels

Change is brewing, slowly soon
A coming change from sun to moon
Tides are turning, quickly now
Seize the moment sweat on brow

Up and down, up and down they rise
All I hear now are the cries
Cries for action, cries for more
Cries to end this hidden war
