1. Harvest
Questionable organ harvesting practices were recently publicized in the July 21, 2025 HHS report “Systematic Disregard for Sanctity of Life in Organ Transport Systems.” Are organ donors actually dead at the time of organ procurement?

2. Sensitive Medical Disclosure

With the overturning of Roe v. Wade, the confidentiality of patient-physician relationships has been questioned. Patients may be deterred from seeking medical attention if they believe it places them in legal jeopardy.
3. Patient Data
Several entities beside healthcare providers have access to medical records: data brokers, pharmaceuticals, biotech, electronic record companies. The question is, are patients truly aware of all entities who have access to their private health information?

4. Poor House

Patients who need hospital services and have insurance coverage may still end up in financial debt or ruin due to services not covered by their provider(s), services deemed medically unnecessary, or inflated prices listed by their hospital.
5. Body Parts
Oftentimes, going from specialist to specialist, each focusing on a singular part of the body rather than the whole person, creates a feeling like that depicted in this final image.
